By accessing or using Shrimp Publishing Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

1.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-7 business days during off-peak seasons and 9-12 business days during peak seasons. Peak seasons include, but are not limited to:

  • Valentine’s Day

  • St. Patrick’s Day

  • Easter

  • Mother’s Day

  • Father’s Day

  • 4th of July

  • Back to School (August – Mid-September)

  • Halloween

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

  • New Year’s

1.2 Shipping Policies:

  • Orders ship via USPS unless otherwise specified.

  • We do not recommend shipping to P.O. Boxes. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

  • For international orders, delays may occur due to customs clearance and local courier transfers.

1.3 Lost Packages:

  • U.S. Orders: A package is considered lost if there is no movement for 10 business days after the last scan event.

  • International Orders: A package is considered lost after 30 days of no movement.

  • Customers must report lost packages within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International) from the shipment date.

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. RETURNS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

2.1 Digital Products: No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be granted on digital downloads under any circumstances.

2.2 Physical Products: Refunds or replacements are issued only for the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged or defective product

2.3 Refund/Replacement Process:

  • Customers must submit a request within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International) of the shipment date.

  • Requests must include:

    • Order number

    • Customer name & email

    • Photo evidence of damage or incorrect item

    • Customer preference (replacement or refund)

2.4 Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are processed (typically 1-4 hours after placement).

  • Once proofs are sent and approved for custom orders, no further modifications or cancellations are allowed.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Ownership of Designs:

  • All designs sold by Shrimp Publishing Co remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • Customers may not use purchased designs for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from us.

3.2 Unauthorized Use:

  • Customers may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute any digital or physical product, including custom designs.

  • We reserve the right to reject any custom order at our sole discretion.

  • All custom content created for customers remains our property, and we retain all reproduction and licensing rights.

4. FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS, & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

4.1 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:

  • By purchasing from our website, customers waive the right to file chargebacks or disputes without first contacting our support team.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed to the fullest extent, and customers may be banned from future purchases.

  • In the event of fraudulent chargebacks, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and report the incident to relevant financial institutions.

4.2 Fraud Prevention:

  • We do not tolerate fraudulent claims, abusive behavior, or harassment.

  • Any suspected fraudulent activity, including unauthorized credit card use or false claims, may result in order cancellation, account banning, and legal action.

  • We reserve the right to request additional verification for any order flagged as suspicious.

5. GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

5.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5.2 Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the disputed transaction.

5.3 Squarespace Compliance:

  • We adhere to Squarespace’s Terms of Service, which govern certain operational aspects of our website.

  • Any conflicts between our policies and Squarespace’s policies shall be resolved in favor of compliance with Squarespace’s platform rules.

5.4 Updates to These Terms:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
